The drive unit is installed outside the upper compartment and is in a normal temperature range. As a result, there is little degradation of oil and grease, leading to a long lifespan. All bearings inside the compartment are oil-free. Therefore, there is no need for maintenance. The spiral parts are made of stainless steel (SUS-304), so there is no rust. The clean floor surface makes it easy to clean every corner, keeping it always hygienic. Of course, it is perfectly suited for HACCP standards of cleanliness.
